Deb Ross

IIDA, ASID, NCIDQ

Deb Ross has over 30 years experience as an interior designer. Originally from North Carolina, Deb has lived all over the US and abroad, including Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. She and her husband of 39 years live in Bartlett with their four cats and their Sheltie Maggie Mae. In her spare time Deb enjoys painting, cooking, gardening, and knitting.

Deb received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is a registered Interior Designer in the state of Tennessee

Ben Witt

AIA, NCARB, LEED-AP

Ben Witt has been building since he was 7, first with his grandfather (a retired Civil Engineer turned General Contractor) and later professionally after he graduated from Louisiana Tech. Ben lives in Memphis with his wife and two of four kids – the others are attending UGA and LSU. In his spare time Ben plays piano, guitar, and bass guitar in everything from jazz to rock ‘n’ roll to church choir.

Ben received his Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana Tech University and is registered in 11 states, including Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Virginia, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, and West Virginia.

He has experience in Sustainable Design and LEED Certifications, Master Planning for Governmental, Religious, and Educational facilities, and Grand Application Funding and Design.
